Increase the number of people in government. The more people the harder it is to corrupt everyone. The House of Representatives hasn't been increased since 1929, it was conceived to be an ever increasing number as the population grew.

To fight Gerrymandering we need to increase the number of seats in the House of Representatives. It was last increased in 1929, it was anticipated by the founders that it would increase every 10 years based on census data. To fight corruption in government we need more people in government.
