So different, yet both absolutely superb television.
Our beautiful 18 year old cat enjoying one of the last fires of winter.
After sitting outside in a sunny pub garden at the weekend it has suddenly got cold again.
Cats don’t mind though.
Sometimes with all the political noise, I think the most important news stories are being pushed further and further down..

Really please with how our little pond stream looks after its first winter.
Still work to do, but considering it was a pile of rubble last year it is ok.

Fed up with all the political madness.
Here’s a photo I took of some mushrooms last year in woodland near Penn, Buckinghamshire.
‘A good day to bury bad news’ is being used frighteningly effectively by Maga.
Create turmoil, make multiple controversial statements, announce many big policy changes at once so no one can keep up.
Then almost anything can be put in place while the outrage is diluted.
How do we fight this?
