I planted some along my patio and I’m excited to see how they grow over the summer.

The bristly locust (Robinia hispida) is blooming along the pathway to the cutting garden. It’s a native,that provides shelter for lacewings and parasitoid wasps. This morning it was filled with all kinds of bees and the sound was like a soft roar.

Thanks! It once was a chicken coop but now it holds all my pots and such.

I removed a wisteria because of my dogs. It was beautiful too but right in the middle of the dog’s yard.

Seriously, we were just having this discussion. We have not decided what we are doing. We protested earlier this year and that was ok, but after everything that has happened in the past few weeks we were revisiting the idea.
