A3 #LTHEchat I think the financial world we live in now makes this difficult. Do staff value pay rises afforded by promotion more than non fiscal, โ€˜peopleโ€™ policies? Otherwise, being heard, given space, encouragement and acknowledgement -all good.

#LTHEchat A6 I'd like to restart the conversation about Appropriate Tech - choosing the tech for the pedagogic purpose rather than forced to use hitech cos the uni has paid such a lot for it - and frankly prefers it to human staff. Can we have the sugarpaper & felt tips, the scissors & glue, too?
