my washing machine broke yesterday in the middle of a spin cycle and I had to call a repair technician to come right away. While he was here I popped out to put a note on his car so none of my overzealous neighbors tried to have him towed and when I came back inside I couldn't find him.

Not only did I improve my Grouse Grind time by a whole hour but my legs, feet and lungs hurt so much during the hike that I didn't even think about the ovarian cyst (probably) that's been bothering me since Wednesday
