I may only just have started reading the 2nd edition and never actually played Apocalypse World, but I’m very excited 👀

Made this as a thought out loud. I have started testing Affinity out and already am hitting roadblocks of things it can’t do – such as the very gentle little drop shadow with noise I used in this graphic – but I’m still excited to tinker with something else. IF Canva can make collaborating with non-designers easier than Adobe, I can see a future with Affinity. How about you?

I, too, don't believe for a second that Affinity will actually be free forever – but I'm sure as fuck going to give it a try while it is.

Based on zero research, I feel like working with something Canva adjacent will make it easier to collaborate with clients.

I'm a fan of the second portrait on the second row. Very "I can see all but please don't perceive me."

Every time I see a notice like “we value your privacy” I’m tempted to write to the company to inquire about what exactly it is they value about MY privacy specifically. Do they think about it daily, or just often? And why does them valuing my privacy always come with trackers and ads?

GM Tip:

As someone who lives in a place with lots of large fauna, it's not the predators you need to worry the most about. Your average bear or cougar or wolf or rattlesnake DNGAF about you unless you mess with them or they're starving. Moose and elk though? They will start shit for... 1/2 #TTRPG

Omg moose are the scariest! Can’t believe I used to drive around northern Sweden and just live with how often they just popped out in the road.

This is a good tip, definitely going to use it.

I ask my clients to email instead of text.
I try to create a nice workflow.

All my Adobe apps give me CEASELESS popups and notifications about things that have nothing to do with how I work. Fuck that noise.
