Finished reading Push- 4/5 It was a difficult read because of the nature of the book, but still a good read.

Finished reading The Color Purple- 5/5 What an excellent book! I wish I would have read it sooner. 💜

Just finished reading Chronicle of a Last Summer: A Novel of Egypt by Yasmine El Rashidi. I give it a 3.8/5. Easy to read and is an eye opener. I really enjoy her writing style and would like to pick up some of that style when writing in my journal 📚

Deep cleaning my entire house starting today~

Doing shopping every week: Do we need tinned tomatoes? Not sure. Better get some.

Putting away shopping: Oh, look, we've now got 48 tins of tomatoes.

I don't want my fridge to have a camera or Wi-Fi. I don't want my dishwasher to be smart. I don't want my washing machine to text me.

In fact, I kinda miss knobs and dials and knowing big appliances would last 20 years and could still be repaired.

I dropped my soup and all the lady said was "Thats not a soup bowl..."

Listen lady ANYTHING can be a soup bowl.
