BodΓΈ v Man city in late Jan should be a chance of a big upset! Maybe the Juve game too. Tottenham were lucky to head there now in hindsight

Well...I wouldn't mind living in Lofoten to be honest. I go through BodΓΈ a fair bit though and I can't say its the most interesting spot in Norway

I was wondering about the bench since they seemed very reluctant to make many subs. BodΓΈ deserved the points...hopefully they smash everyone else that.heads there!

Much better with them on but tbf it is hard to make a direct comparison...BodΓΈ looked pretty tired by then after putting in big shift.

An excellent thought-provoking read about what we as humans should be contemplating before we resist or resign ourselves to the GenAI revolution. Just one of several great quotes:

This one hits close to home...was just watching this poor girl play football with my daughter the other day (& by chance have taken my own kids out fishing in that exact spot a number of times). Terrible for her family and for the family of brave diver who lost his life in the rescue attempt.

@robbieandrew.bsky.social I wonder if electric lawnmower and garden appliances sales mirror the carsales trends in the Nordics. Anecdotall but I seem to have noticed that the noise from lawnmowers had decreased a lot in the last five years.

People signing the Global Pledge for Healthy Indoor Air at the UN

Yesterday, history happened at the UN: For the first time hundreds of orgs signed a global pledge declaring that healthy indoor air is a human right.

Healthy indoor air is a key tool for preventing pandemics, building climate resilience, and increasing health equity. We need it everywhere!

I think (not 100% sure...might be mixing with Swedish experience a bit here) but generally in the cities you have private off street parking if you live in an apartment. And you pay an extra fee for the parking.

Where do private apartment dwellers park in this scenario? On the street?

Yet again, machine learning β€” even gussied up via the transformer architecture β€” encodes and reinforces societal biases.

This study reveals that LLM-based peer review relies heavily on author institution in its decisions.

Critically endangered angel shark filmed off Welsh coast First sighting in Cardigan Bay since 2021 of the species, which is under threat from human activities
