Oh I just fill jars with very hot marmelade, close the lid and turn it upside down for about ten minutes : the air inside gets very hot, which prevents bacteria, and then when I turn them back again the air gets colder and causes a depression inside, never had an issue !

J'ai une anecdote : hier j'étais à Art Basel Paris et à un moment on a vu Praud accompagné d'une femme arriver. Il a tenté de lui faire la [blague ?][oh, pitié…] sur "oh regarde une œuvre d'art oh c'est magnifique" en montrant la fontaine à eau
Hé ben elle l'a même pas écouté et elle a continué.

Les recherches d’images sue des œuvres d’art (plus ou moins modernes) ont perdu toute fiabilité. Plus moyen de travailler ça avec des élèves !
