I’m flattered they were inspired by Worms, and getting Rik Mayall involved was a very nice touch, but I feel the gameplay works best in 2D. That goes for the 3D Worms games too.

I made the original game and showed it to Team17 who asked if I wanted it published. I was involved up until Armageddon, but I’m back doing it again for the series’ 30th anniversary next year. I’d missed it!
