Update on the South Stand

We're very concerned about plans to move away fans into the South Stand. The South Stand has a unique atmosphere, pretty much unrivalled in English football, and needs to be preserved. We’ve contacted the club to seek full transparency and clarity on this, and want to make it unequivocally clear that we would be strongly against any such move. We want to thank members for sharing their concerns and will be in touch as soon as we know more.

Great privilege to be asked to attend the launch of the Wilko92 campaign tonight, and the ceremonial handing over of the great Paul Trevillion's artwork of Howard Wilkinson. In the coming years this will be transformed into a long overdue statue at Elland Road marking Wilko's amazing achievements

Enhancing Elland Road - Leeds United

Today Premier League clubs unanimously voted to keep the away ticket price cap at £30. The 10th season the cap remains.

In a league where loyalty is consistently being exploited it’s good to see consideration being given to loyal travelling fans.

The plans are already public on the council planning page. It’s a chance to see them in person and presumably ask questions, we are also going to be hosting an event with the club for members to ask questions too in the coming months.

🚨 Anyone travelling to the game tomorrow by train, it’s worth checking for any changes.

The rail line between Leeds and Sheffield via Barnsley only is shut this week due to a sink hole, so there is only 1 train an hour to Sheffield with Northern. 🚆
