Also irritated that the library decided to comply, but I don’t know what talks between higher ups look like. On the other hand, this is all happening in the realm of social media, and hasn’t affected the actual physical displays in the library.

Mayor pro tem of the city of Clovis, CA decided to pick a fight with the Clovis Public Library over a fb post with a small list of children’s books on immigration. And the fuss was big enough for the CAO of Fresno stepped in and “made” the library take the post down. I’m livid.
