Why would you say that? Stars are balls of gas & plasma with dense cores where heat generating fusion creates heavier elements. Spectra show us their composition. Astrophysicists understand a lot.

Hard to see left/right difference at posted scale. Assuming exact same sharpening zooming into central mountains or tiny craters might show more pixel density for 11". Of course seeing during imaging matters. Think of those deceptive ads comparing amateur image to Hubble. 🤣
