feds have been all over chicagoland today.

reports of people abducted from back of the yards, cicero, rogers park, hermosa, barrington, batavia, and bridgeview.

feds are out in force in aurora. not sharing video, but residents have likewise turned out in force—and they aren't happy.

The scenes out of Chicago should outrage us all. These federal agents are out of control, committing senseless acts of violence & putting everyone at risk.

This kind of immigration "enforcement" shouldn't be acceptable to anyone.

I feel like this photo of masked, armed men pepper spraying a pastor protecting his community is going to be a defining picture of this moment in America for a long, long time.

It’s important to flood social media and news channels with news about how ICE lies, so that potential jurors see it.

Kind of feels like feds occupying our city for a month, killing one person and shooting another while attacking neighborhoods with chemical weapons and kidnapping hundreds of people already counts as a civil war whether the Guard arrives or not, but what do we know?

We must now start calling this what it is: Trump’s Invasion. It started with federal agents, it will soon include deploying federalized members of the Illinois National Guard against our wishes, and it will now involve sending in another state’s military troops.

wrote this line yesterday:

Pretty clear Stephen Miller, Noem, Hegseth and Trump are trying to provoke a Civil War at this point. What's interesting is they want to do it now, because even though they're unpopular, they seem to believe this is the most popular they'll be ever again. We can't let them win.

As the federal judge in Oregon recognized, “this is a nation of Constitutional law not martial law”. Within 24 hours we will be filing a legal challenge to the President’s unlawful deployment of the National Guard.

What time is this happening? Might need to carve out time tomorrow for this

I wasn't aware they've had a presence at any facilities. Not to minimize, but are they "just" standing there or are they assisting efforts in other ways, which a *very* brief read of the TRUST act seems to not allow.

What is he legally allowed to direct state law enforcement to do or not do when it comes to ICE activities? I'm genuinely unsure.

Stop using military troops and ICE to invade and disrupt American cities.

Stop calling your political opponents “enemies” of the US.

Stop attacking the 1st Amendment.

Our troops and our nation deserve better than you acting as a petty tyrant.
