I seriously struggled to even find a psychiatrist who would do an ADHD evaluation on me. Now, after decades of wrong pills, I finally have an ADHD med. I'm continually angry that there seems to be this stigma about prescribing Adderall, Vyvanse and the like. It's peoples lives on the line.

Wish more doctors would upskill on ADHD so that many people (like myself) didn't have to spend years on anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds that didn't actually improve things that much, and instead delayed the correct treatment of the issue.

A decade of my life on bad meds was wasted time.
