Currently on holiday in Naples. The cult of Diego Maradona there is impressive !

The canal Saint Martin in Paris under a setting sun, with people walking everywhere and a few bikes on the street. No car in sight.

Despite appearances, this Parisian street is *not* closed to car traffic - I saw a few. Cars just happens to be the least efficient way, so no one uses them unless they have to. Simple!

We had a very enjoyable Kidical Mass ride today, despite the wet weather. But the hardest part was navigating the clumsy infrastructure.

20 changes in Paris in one minute – a part of a video I made in 2023 showcasing changes that were often quite recent at the time. Those same places now have much more greenery, so there will probably be a 2025 or 2026 version! ;) 1/2

This used to be a highway with lots of loud polluting cars just driving through Paris. Now, it is a beautiful pedestrian & bike path along the Seine for all to enjoy on the first spring-like day of the year.
