I've played DnD at an LGS where another group of 10 year olds were playing DnD at a different table. They are simultaneously more creative than any other player I've ever seen and more stubborn, it's amazing.

And my Warhawk, that thing was a hulking energy boat that kept pushing up the front line.

Like I had one mech and a point of elementals, and all they did was sprint hell for leather into my opponent’s backline and get blown to bits indirect fire, they killed a charger tough!

And my two demolisher tanks got into a wild duel with two VTOLs, like Revengance levels of nutty.

Last Sunday I got to play some Battletech Alpha Strike, and I really have to say, I love how good the game feels, something about the individual units being so individual feels great. Even though I only commanded like 9 units they all had these little stories of victory and defeat
