Microwaves are great for anything labelled “Orville Redenbacher.” Their usefulness drops off pretty hard for anything else.

I guess when they’re frozen the difference between cooked vs raw breaded chicken isn’t obvious. But that’s going to taste awful in the microwave even if it won’t make you sick.

Not all — I have one in my freezer now but they’re super clear about it, likely for this reason.

They’re comparing rent $ from that website and government data. What would it look like to compare actual rental rates in the last 10 years? Not pretty I suspect.

Oh - don’t forget there’s a big football game at SMU at 1 pm tomorrow. Overall the driving won’t be good on the peninsula.

What street closure now? They’re killing me with all the construction. I know it’s necessary but they shouldn’t allow two parallel roads to be closed/ narrowed at the same time (looking at you Robie & Oxford)
