Pretty heavy weekend all around…. I miss my friend. One more hug would be amazing right now.

First few weeks of sleepless nights I read a bunch. Last few weeks I’ve caught up on all the tv.. I feel like I caught up on everything and then some. Would be nice to get back to a semi normal sleep schedule🤞

Celebrated my mama’s 80th today with my sisters and their families - 7 grandchildren all came. She was surprised and seemed really glad we remembered.

Enjoyed this series… couple of twists which weren’t completely predictable.

My friend Frank passed almost 4 years ago. I’m having an issue watching WoT because he would have enjoyed it - he tore thru the series shortly after we met based on a common friend’s recommendation. I was shocked because he was kinda a cool kid type and I just couldn’t imagine him getting into it.

Started #LongBrightRiver with #AmandaSeyfreid - first 3 eps are pretty good. Looks like I’ll be finishing it tomorrow tho.

At least when I’m in the office and my watch tells me to move, I can get a decent number of steps by taking a quick walk outside. 1st time in office over a month and it wasn’t terrible.

🤬 Went to bed early and fell right asleep… I’d like to still be sleeping at 130am 🤦🏻‍♀️🤬😵‍💫

Start of daylight saving is always the worst. My sleep schedule is a mess anyway but this just makes it worse. 😵‍💫😖😖

Setbacks will happen… have the grace and patience to work it through.

A month ago was the last conversation I had with a woman who meant so very much to me. I still can’t believe I won’t hear her laugh or how she’d add an r to the end of my name. Won’t see her roll her eyes or smile at me. Feeling her loss tonight a little more…. 😢

I wish I’d studied dreams more. I was having a seemingly normal dream than bam! Something unexpected and super jarring happened that startled me awake even. I dislike that. 🤬🤬🤬

Writing an email and it’s about 10 pages long 🤦🏻‍♀️🙈

Today was a good day. Spent a good deal of day with an old friend — that was good for my soul. 🥰

You can tell I’ve done a significant less amount of talking in the last several weeks - I had to do quite a bit today and my voice is clearly strained. 🤐😖

No longer coughing up a lung every few mins. Think I’ll go pick up a few things at Trader Joe’s so I’m ready to tackle the office this week.
