I actually like Beyond Paradise, though def not my fav detective from DiP. Sister Boniface, however, I tried and couldn’t get into. I do plan on in the future giving it another go. (I’ve done research & published about Father Brown, so I kind of feel obligated to watch)

I’m so thankful that I can watch Eurovision in the US now.

Right wing American nativists would shrivel up and die if they had to sit through a single Eurovision. The true mark of a banger is its ability to slap as a song so hard that it transcends languages.

I think it was 1st or 2nd in tele votes.

I instantly downloaded everything that was available from them after that performance.

I mean Johnny Weir was the American commentator for Eurovision.

Trying to recreate the cinnamon rolls I made in my youth (in the 80s) from the cookbook I originally used (now very vintage from the 70s). I’m really hoping they turn out.

Absolutely. People are so dissatisfied w/ many dems & for very good reason. They are not meeting the moment. “Business as usual” is a failed tactic that has brought us here. We must do some serious introspection coupled w/ action—no more strongly worded letters & soundbites (echoed by influencers).

To be real, though…Just let it go FFS. Go start that project/chore you have been putting off, pick up that half-finished craft, reorganize your pantry, call that family member/friend you haven’t seen in a while. Put your energy into something useful instead of being an asshole to people online.
