Why is this not a surprise. Their mismanagement re vaccination advertising risked lives. Their attitude towards health was well established under Newman and the minute incompetent (train disaster) Nicholls got appointed as HM it was only a matter of time before we could witness ineptitude unravel.

This is a new low not just for Queensland mothers and babies but for the Crisafulli LNP Government.

This happened in June and they kept it secret from Queenslanders.

With Toowoomba Hospital elective surgeries cancelled last week due to inadequate promotion of a free flu jab campaign by Health Minister Nicholls, I received a verbal briefing. Unfortunately crossed wires meant I mistakenly reported 42 surgeries suspended when it was 8 which I’m happy to correct.

Well done Qld Alliance for Mental Health for their Connecting for Impact State Conference with mental health experts from all over the state.

Not well done Crisafulli LNP Government who didn’t send an Assistant Minister nor any Govt MP to work with sector.

None.
