At #GreenMan25 and it is warm and very dry (with occasional big planes).

I’m working, just doing stewarding at Settlement, nowt exciting.

It is nice being here when it’s quiet though, the site’s looking lovely.

A very grey (originally black) Vango Beta 450 pitched up in a field next to some Herras fencing with Sugarloaf Mountain in the background.

My ancient tent is up and, since I can now see through the fabric in places, this is her last rodeo.

Good old girl.

Off to a festival tomorrow so here’s my festival attendee protip.

A toilet roll in a ziplock bag safely stored all festival will make that Monday morning when the toilets are no longer maintained So Much Better.

Just had a handful of emails from EVRI saying “sorry that they missed me” and that I was out when they tried to deliver.

If I was to describe my feelings here in terms of possession and farmyard animal I would probably say that this really gets my goat.

It’s fine.

I quite like the fact that if they can’t deliver a parcel they’ll show up and deliver you some existential thought concept instead.

Just had our lovely EVRI delivery driver at the door.

Sure, he didn’t have my parcel but he did tell me that there was a parcel and that, probably, one of the other drivers had taken it.

He also felt somewhat confident that I would get the parcel, probably, at some point.

No idea when though.
