It's given me the ability to help mentor others, finding my voice to speak up, and given me inspiration to build cool things.

I am absolutely not the same person I was just a few years ago and the growth I've had has been so important.

I need the data to back up this claim.

I hope that it is helpful! There is an entire amazing team that keeps this project going along with so many great contributors.

Thank you for this. I find myself getting stuck in the fear of repercussions with putting myself out there. I've had a number of people say I should publish my own takes, but I'm consistently stuck in the phase of making sure it is perfect.

I should just send it.

I'm thankful for the communities that have accepted this silly, socially anxious, data nerd.
