Running for ANU Council is difficult decision as a unionist, but I feel strongly that ANU needs a member with deep institutional history and governance experience right now. It is depressing, but view what we found in the study as kind of a positive. We know insects are disappearing but getting a sense for the cause can help mitigate the losses. In Fiji it’s very likely land cover change and habitat fragmentation.
