THE GREAT DEBATE: Blood-Based Testing:
🔹⬇️ in CRC incidence/mortality NOT as dramatic as for FIT & colonoscopy
🔹High sensitivity for any stage CRC, though notably lower for stage 1 CRC and low for advanced precancerous lesions
🔹Would take a VERY ⬆️ participation to be = FIT
