Me thinks looking like a bunch of dopes was part of the ruse. The stupidity was both the distraction and the strategy.

I firmly believe there are no ethical billionaires. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, though. So while I don’t think billionaires should exist in principal, I am glad that he is doing some good with his capital in defense of democracy. Enemy of my enemy and all that.
