One of my first artsy pieces of games writing was about Bluepoint's Shadow of the Colossus remake, a game that felt in conversation with its origin. This is a senseless loss.

One thing AI has revealed is that there are a whole lot of people who have neither interesting ideas nor the talent to express them, and apparently not even any real will or desire to cultvate either of these things… but still for some reason desperately want to be regarded as artists.

Think we need to get away from "ChatGPT is doing this" and just state OpenAI and the people who work for the company are doing this. You can't hold a computer accountable, but you can hold those behind its creation accountable.

This was completely wrong: his real name was actually Edson Arantes do Nascimento. As Kiyotake put it, "I was totally off."
