I had dried fruits , some oranges that needed zesting , I drink Earl Grey , so seemed remiss not to put a Tea Loaf in before I started work, again , the house smells amazing ☺️

Have a chicken roasting stuffed full of apple & sage.
Parmentier potatoes (supermarket prepped ) & PSB.
House smells amazing right now 😁

She says , with a yellow sticker free range chicken ,that couldn’t be resisted, in the oven as she types.

Have spent the afternoon sniffing out of date spices , recycling & food wasting out of date things (I mean we’re talking 5’s of years out of date at least) & sorting the lardery thing so that I can see stuff.
I bloody hate waste & am going to try & cook using only what we have for the meantime.

I’ve seen this post , but have looked back & didn’t see the one about your husband & possible redundancy.

Arranged for a pizza truck to go to one of my customers today to feed 50 sales people lunch.
Taking the higher management out for a meal next week , so couldn’t leave the office teams with nothing ☺️

Have some gammon left so blistering some tomatoes 😁 & making a pasta sauce with those & Crème fraiche & parsley etc .. v similar

A day off to buy the last Trek items … & make sense of packing 3 different bags.
