As a former prosecutor, I know a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich. The grand jury’s refusal today to indict Letitia James shows this case should never have been brought.

This entire episode is the president and his administration saying the silent part out loud. You do not sue over soldiers not following illegal orders before they happen unless you plan on committing atrocities against the very people that elected you into Office.
