The moral compass of many (white) archaeologists was clearly lost already a while ago (if they even had it). The President of the EAA also signed a support letter for Isr*el in April 2024, after the killing of 34,535 Palestin*ans and injuring 77,704, destroying hospitals/universities, etc.

A nearby cemetery and IDF positions are also annotated. There is a large amount of destruction visible. The cemetery is now damaged with clearing activity visible and the archeological mound has IDF vehicles and berms on it now.

April 15 SkySat imagery from @planet.com shows Tell Ali Muntar, an archeological site already damaged last year, has been further damaged/turned into an IDF staging area with berms. A nearby cemetery has also been damaged.

This is part of the IDF's expansion of the buffer zone into Shejaiya.
