If I read the order correctly (which maybe I didn't), people with mental health issues are already explicitly included in this executive order. They don't have to be homeless, just found in public. But maybe I'm wrong.

They will (already do) call being LGBTQ+ a mental illness (especially trans folks). That is likely who's next. Then, anyone who disagrees can also be labeled mentally ill (Trump Derangement Syndrome).
