EU governments are pushing to set up deportation camps in non-EU countries — and to do so in a way that avoids judicial scrutiny.
These so-called “return hubs” would hold people who have received a final deportation order, even if they cannot be sent to their country of origin.
In Hamoudi v Frontex, the CJEU should defend access to justice for individuals subject to collective expulsion at the hands of the EU.

Frontex is not saving lives, it is complicit in exposing people to crimes against humanity.
The law is clear: The agency must end the unlawful provision of information to Libyan actors about the location of refugee boats fleeing crimes against humanity.
FM v Frontex seeks exactly that.
