SCOTUS continues to offer opinions widening the scope of Trump’s power and if elected, I will do everything I can possible to fight every little thing Trump does. We must not stop. We must not let our beautiful country be taken over by power hungry fascists.

And if the court rules on the unconstitutionality of the law, it will be appealed and took take YEARS before SCOTUS decides on the constitutional of said executive order.

The majority opinion in Trump v. CASA, while unsurprising, sets a dangerous precedent.. now if *ANY* president signs an unconstitutional executive order, affected members will have to file individual lawsuits (expensive) or hope a class action is filed.
