To secure the nation's blood supply, the NHS says it needs one million people to donate blood, and 200,000 new donors to come forward.

My initial thoughts on Agentforce 2.0
Chat based Agentic UI on Slack makes a lot of sense.
I like the sound of building integrations via natural language but it will depend work to map all the endpoints and APIs.
I was hoping to see more on the voice and digital avatar channels.
