Social media platforms can & do carefully control & moderate what is allowed to trend, they can control what is allowed to trend, it's one of the first features they build into their platforms.

What they refer to as "Ai" is actually human-made scripting that indexes published human content.

Running a campaign against using what they call "Ai" is basically saying that scripting should be banned, which means anything code based.

Campaigning against tech marketing fraud is a better goal.

Imagine a very foundational aspect of your physical appearance "outside of the norm" you can't change, like your height, the shape of your body, or your age.
