My strength is pretty dang good and on week 2 I could straighten it completely. Next Monday will be 3 weeks. I am keeping it iced I will relax today because there is swelling and a little heat

Dang, that is a while but you already had knee surgeries as I recall. I'm at 105 degrees now and they want me to hit 120 in a week. I'm walking without a cane around the house inside and out. I don't plan to consider driving until next weekend, I'll see how that goes.

@debdeedavis.bsky.social I will be on the 3rd week after knee replacement on Monday. The only issue I have is bending, everything else is great and I don't use any assistance. Just wondering how long it took you to get the bend you need for hiking, paddling, etc.
