What bumps Actually Romantic above CANCELLED! though is the fact it immediately reminds me of better songs (not just Where Is My Mind?, but Beverly Hills, which I never thought I'd say is better than anything) while being deeply obnoxious. CANCELLED! is at least a funny listen.

It's really hard to pick, but I think I have to go with Actually Romantic, with CANCELLED! a close second, and both for the same reasons: it's impressive that a woman who's built half her career on "evry1 so mean to me" can unironically write a song about TOTALLY being above it all.
