Met his mother in law at the Akron airport once, she was very nice and enthusiastic about his career and American soccer in general. I hate the Crew, happy retirement.

One of the defining musical moments in my life was seeing them in Chicago on the tour for this record. Years later I tracked down a soundboard recording of the show and even though it's a rough mix I still listen to it all the time.
