I then went on to publish The Ring, book 2 of this series! As well as my novels, I publish fiction every week in my Substack newsletter. I love what I do and as hard as it is with 3 little ones around, I wouldn't change it for the world. 4/4

The Spider is a Gothic Horror Mystery Novel set in Victorian England. It tells the story of Daniel Muldoon, an Occult detective who assists the Liverpool City Police. The cover is black and the white text bears the title. The background of the image is covered in cobwebs.

My first novel was Oceanus, a science fiction story inspired by The Tempest. My second novel 'The Spider' is a Victorian Gothic Horror novel set in Liverpool, where I live with my family. I'd always been a massive fan of Victorian and Gothic Literature, studying both at University 3/4
