Today i learned that only about 1/3 of humans have a type of beneficial bacteria in their guts called methanogens. They fuse hydrogen and CO2 to make methane which humans fart out.

🍞 Learning how to bake. I know everyone else did this already during the pandemic. But now that inflation and tariffs are making food so expensive, I'm baking to save money. Homemade English muffins cost less than a dollar when I make them, and they taste better and have healthier ingredients.
