Why add a planner to Sofa? People spend their downtime is so many ways, and planning for that downtime can be a big part of it. The goal with Planner is to provide very simple tools to help you plan for, and enjoy your downtime.

Along with Events, you’ll have the option to add Notes and Tasks. This is intended to give you more flexibility to use the Planner as you see fit.

When adding a new event, you give it a title, emoji, date (optional), background (optional), and notes (optional). The Planner will automatically organize your events based on its start and end dates. Events will also show a countdown leading up to the event’s start date.

The new Planner is a tool to help you plan for ways to enjoy your downtime. This can be vacations, celebrations, concerts, sporting events, or any other event, big or small, that you have coming up.

I’ve got some fun new @sofahq.social stuff coming for beta testing very soon and wanted to share it with you all…introducing Sofa Planner...
