I write about #thfc and German football and have a soft spot for iconic sports photography. Before that I founded Rabona Magazine. Father, Engländer, Spurs survivor since 91.

Man Utd boss Sir Jim Ratcliffe claims UK has been 'colonised by immigrants' Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who owns part of Premier League football club Manchester United, is under fire after claiming that 'huge levels of immigration' costs the UK 'too much money'

Manchester City and Manchester United are now run by people aiding the rise of the far-right in the UK. We need to talk about billionaires but we also need to talk again about who we allow to run our football clubs www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footba...

Thomas Tuchel signs England contract extension to stay as head coach until 2028 Thomas Tuchel has signed an extension to his England contract that will keep him in charge of the national team until after Euro 2028

I'm not a fan of international coaches being offered new contracts shortly before major tournaments but in the case of Thomas Tuchel I'm willing to make an exception. www.theguardian.com/football/202...

Those teenagers being Gray, Bergvall and Odobert.

Another teenager, Tel, was brought in the following January.

All signed for their resale potential down the line.

Spurs have been run this way for years. Profit over glory, always.

Postecoglou: "When you look at their wage structure, they are not a big club. At the end of my first year when we finished 5th, I was looking at Neto, Mbeumo, Semenyo, Guehi. We got Solanke, who I really like, and three teenagers."

Have just seen a snippet of the Postecoglou interview on The Overlap.

"When you walk into #thfc what you see everywhere is 'To Dare Is To Do'. It's everywhere. And yet their actions are almost the antithesis of that."

Inject this into my veins.

An interim option may have just opened up; Dyche could be ideal for the 12 games #Spurs have left.

That's right. I'm calling for #thfc to replace the man who replaced Ange with the man who replaced Ange.

Maybe we just shouldn't have replaced Ange?

Too many bad decisions to mention but many players are signed young without PL experience. Sometimes it pays off (VdV, Simons) but usually they need a long time to bed in. Has been a club strategy for years and one of the myriad of reasons why Spurs are in a constant state of flux.

You can pinpoint the date: January 17, 2019.

Mousa Dembélé is sold to Guangzhou City midway through a season in which we would reach a Champions League final.

The day the decay set in.

I only set up this account half an hour ago to vent about Spurs.

5 minutes later, Frank is sacked.

This club 😆

In my view, Pochettino is the only PR win open to the Spurs board right now (short of selling the club, of course).

The Glasners, Marescas and Alonsos of this world are not realistic options.

Lock in Poch for 26/27, bring in a firefighter until then.

Thomas Frank has been cut loose then. The board just need to fire themselves now and we might have something to work with #thfc #coys
