This part here I enjoyed, I had the thought "dang, and this is after being translated???" And maybe the translation hurts it elsewhere, but as a whole I can't help but think it's not for me.

Profoundly conflicted feelings on it. I sort of hate it. I think there are interesting things to think about, but in terms of a type of story I don't like, this might be my first example of something I find unbearable. Which isn't the fault of the author, that's on me. It has some great lines in it.

Reading from Koji Suzuki's "Death and the Flower", because I was looking at recent additions to libby and I saw that he was the author of the novelization of "(The) Ring" and got curious.
The first short story has interesting things to think about, but holds absolutely no appeal to me at all.

Started playing Heaven's Vault, and I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm curious what the dialogue system is sort of built like. There are a few times where it suffers from the intent of the player not translating to the intent of the character, but I think it is more than interesting enough to not mind that.

I would feel so much better about the process of putting my 3d printer together if the instructions didn't keep misleading me. Putting in the effort to understand some parts of the instructions leads me to incorrect answers.

I watched Jaws recently, and one of the things that most stuck with me is how much alcohol the cop drank. Thinking this guy being suggested to be an alcoholic will be important. Anyways it's a good movie, the parts you see the shark are the worst parts of the movie by far imo.

In Pokemon T C G Pocket, the opponent's Tapu Koko deals 90 damage to my 80 health Togedemaru. My Togedemaru will deal 50 damage to the 40 health Tapu Koko before the match resolves, resulting in a tie.

I've really been enjoying my togedemaru deck in pokemon tcg pocket currently. I really made it for Alcremie decks and expected it to get destroyed by everything else, but actually it gets destroyed by fire decks and ties everything else.

I have successfully made a mistake sewing, which fortunately isn't actually too bad of one, I just tried to use too little material because I had some scraps which are like a quarter of an inch shorter than I need them to be. If I had a little hook I might only need to be competent

Oh, I was going to say skill and speed. Grace is accurate, but I really feel like I need to emphasize I think I felt a bumbling slowness achieved by someone in too deep over their own head, and the deepness is like half a foot of water so really you wouldn't expect it to be possible.

Started looking into sewing plushies today, and I'm really excited to mess it up horribly once I wake up. Reading tutorials, and acting confident I can intuit custom designs on my own without any practice.

Two pieces of wood. The top triangle has what is supposed to be a moon, stars, mountain, and a reflection in a lake, the bottom triangle is supposed to be mirrored with the sun. I've done better work in my time.

Did a little test with my wood burner after having it for like uhhh months, definitely gonna take some getting used to, though it is fun.

Yup. "AI" should be understood primarily as a marketing term designed to impress people who have no understanding of (nor any real interest in understanding) the underlying tools and processes.
