I don't think some realise that giving birth is one of the most dangerous things a woman will ever do. Of course it's natural etc, but globally, many die every day from preventable complications.

supporters of retaining 2 child benefit cap always state people should simply have smaller families...that is not something a child can ever control.. we have a responsibility to lift children and families out of poverty and it will pay for itself with better health and wellbeing.
