When you think about it, the person talking out loud/playing a device is effectively demanding YOUR silence.
If you did the same, they wouldn't be able to hear THEIR conversation/device.
Tiktok is the worst. Sudden sonic assaults of random, idiotic noise.
So antisocial & selfish.
