"Tylenol causes autism" is bananas but easy to comprehend from a feminist perspective. They want women* to suffer without pain relief. They want to control pregnant women.

But just saw @robinmarty.com point out that it's also to counter the "medication abortion is safer that Tylenol"

And oooof.

Scientists often argue that abortion medication is considered safer than Tylenol whenever there are attacks against it.

And all year anti-abortion groups like Charlotte Lozier have used this comparison to question the safety of both abortion pills & Tylenol.

This is peak anti-abortion framework.

Abortion rights shouldn’t be a bargaining chip lawmakers use to negotiate what they consider to be “legitimate” political issues. Abortion is inextricably linked with economic, climate, and health care policy. It is a legitimate political issue. You bend on abortion, you’ll bend on anything.

Continuing the same practices time and time again and expecting different results is going to get us no where. If you silence every single dissenting voice you will never be able to learn from your mistakes and build the party that we all deserve.
