holiday season isn’t for the weak

depression has been seriously taking over my life but i got my film photos and im actually very proud of these new ones :’)

this month has been the longest yet quickest month of my life and i can’t tell if it’s because of how i’ve been at mentally

especially coming from a mexican household there’s so much generational trauma that lingers and effects the future generations but this film captures how you can change and realize what needs to be fixed. There is hope and that final shot of the creature at the end brought me to tears. I want hope.

I just watched @realgdt.bsky.social Frankenstein today and it was such a beautiful masterpiece. As someone who can emotionally connect with the creature and has been through so much in life this truly captures the emotions of someone who just wants to be seen and loved. definitely recommend!!

i’m still trying to figure it out but tysm !! 😭 but i know once i get the hang of this thing its going to be so epic

and it’s times like this where i adore and cherish my job. i hate how so much has been ruined but this was a nice reminder about how much it will always be part of me and how much i can bring to it. i hate how it’s being taken away from me but im still pushing through even if im struggling

it was strange because i didn’t interact with the family at all i was busy doing something else but she came up to me with the sticker and it was so sweet and in exchange i had a little acrylic duck for her and that happened to be one of her favorite animals.

i’ve been going through it recently i’ve been hitting rock bottom but a little one gave this to me at work tonight and i literally had to step away to take time to recollect myself but it’s little signs like this where i remember to not loose hope! but also a little reminder for anyone who needs it

i miss wondrous journeys!!
