Tbh if somebody I knew told me they committed a crime such as that my first thought would also be to ask how long they were planning it and why they did it. I think it's a fairly normal response when someone you thought you knew did something you previously thought them incapable of doing.

My hot take on score minimums is that they should only be changed once at the start of a new Olympic cycle. Set the standard then and don't deviate from it. Changing it every year is unfair to small fed skaters. We should want more people at Worlds, not less.
