Hello it’s 4:45 am

Two things are haunting me atm:

1. My brain is simply not equipped for the amount of pressure and things to deal with that come with being alive

2. Something at the core of my being makes me truly unable to fit in, be understood, or have any real place in the world

I am trying to reset a terrible sleep schedule by forcing myself up at a reasonable hour each morning

Unfortunately when I’m low on sleep I get intense mood swings, so yayyyyyyyy…

Don’t tell the gainers, but I’ve lost 10 pounds this month 👏
