Safe to say I’m doing so much better. I’m back in therapy and I’m starting the process of getting an AUDHD evaluation - I’m finally taking care of my tooth problems & I also went to a new hospital for better treatment. Taking care of yourself feels so good 🧡

I went to my new doctors today and they were AMAZING. It really takes so little to be kind and supportive. What a positive & healing experience after years of enduring that horrible woman. The new docs also told me that she‘s known for being atrocious to patients & they all hope she retires soon 🤭

I love how each year there’s some sad or cute animal for us to sympathize for … the lantern fish, the penguin, the baby hippo, now this little one omg my heart can’t take it
